The Warm-up:
High knees – 60 seconds
Mountain climbers – 60 seconds
Jumping Jacks – 60 seconds
The Workout:
3 sets of 10-15
Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute between each set
1. Dumbell Overhead Shoulder Press
3. Upright Row
The Cool-down:
End your workout routine with stretching exercises for 3-5 minutes
