Overnight Vanilla Yogurt Oats

Making a healthy breakfast doesn’t have to be difficult. If you have a few minutes, you can easily make our Overnight Vanilla Yogurt Oats and start your morning off right.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup (350ml) vanilla yogurt, soy or normal
- 5 tbsp. (30g) rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2-4 strawberries, sliced
- 1 kiwi, sliced
Directions
- Simple! All you have to do is mix the yogurt and rolled oats together in the evening. Pour the oatmeal into a jar and place it in the refrigerator. Then go to bed (when you’re ready, of course). When you wake up, open the fridge and voilà! Your overnight vanilla yogurt oats are now ready to eat.
- For some extra sweetness, feel free to add in some honey and mix well. Transfer into serving bowls and serve by topping it off with fresh strawberries and kiwi.
