Have you experienced the smoothie bowl craze yet? If not, here’s the rundown: it’s a smoothie, but in a bowl. We’re sold! Naturally sweet and filled with delicious fruit, don’t miss out on this tasty summer treat. Best of all, it only takes a matter of minutes to make.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp greek yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries (such as
blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and/or raspberries)
1⁄3 cup coconut milk
2
tsp sunflower seed butter, or nut butter of choice
1-2 tsp honey, optional or as needed
2-3 mint leaves (optional
Toppings:
Drizzle with melted nut butter, Fresh berries and Coconut chips.
Directions:
- Blend the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. The smoothie will be very thick, so add an additional 1-2 tsp of coconut milk to blend if needed. Pour smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings of choice!
