About I Am Hope
I Am Hope is a youth and community-focused foundation dedicated to normalising conversations around mental health, and striving for change, especially among youth who often grapple with distressing self-talk and feelings of isolation. Over the past decade, the organisation has engaged with over 300,000 students in schools across New Zealand. I Am Hope encourages young people to seek help, fostering positive outcomes.

Our Support
I Am Hope is achieving their mission to normalise conversations about mental health with free mental health counselling, public speaking and fundraising and advocacy. Through initiatives like Gumboot Friday and LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG FEELINGS, I Am Hope set out to achieve a bridge between current services and immediate needs. We have partnered with I Am Hope for the past 6 years, raising over $300,000.
