About Me:
My interest in fitness started with my relationship with my own body. As I moved away from team sports in my teen years and began yoga and dancing more seriously, I wondered what my body was capable of, what I'm able to achieve and what my limits are. The gym was a way to improve in other aspects of life and I soon learnt to love it. I started my fitness career believing that I wasn't 'a natural' (if there is such a thing!), but as I've progressed over the years I've continued to surprise myself. Now I'm feeling the benefits of my own hard work; the strength, mobility and flexibility that I put to use every day, and hope to continue to benefit from during my life. This drives my passion as a PT. I can help you find a way to make fitness fun, achieve your goals, and enjoy the health benefits and lifestyle that comes with it.
