Real loving community nice chill gym, with very understanding and caring owners and staff, very interactive for beginner gym goers. Not always having to fight for a bench or machine cause plenty of equipment. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone nervous of large crowded gyms.

But we do offer 3 day passes, these can only be used during our staffed hours.
16 is our minimum age to have a membership with swipe card access.
