Club Message

Our aim is to create a friendly and comfortable environment with positive staff members and world-class equipment. As a team, we are here to share our wealth of knowledge to encourage and support every member to reach their maximum potential and well-being.

HIIT - Hi Intensity Interval Training. A 30min workout anytime within the 2 hour time slot. 

YOGA - Increases Strength, Toning endurance through increase of Flexibility and Mobility. For this class we are limiting it to 10 people for a more personalized workout with your yoga instructor. Book in with your New Brighton club manager.

ZUU - With a base of Primal movement, ZUU specifically works on increasing mobility through all joints and muscles at higher intensity/ lower impact to improve functional fitness. There’s also a big focus on inclusive community: no matter your age, size or ability- you’ll be guaranteed each class will deliver a fun and supportive atmosphere that you’ll want to be a part of!

ZUMBA - An aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily by music. Great way to burn calories and bring the fun back into exercise.

SPIN -  Focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise spin bike. Great way to burn calories indoors in group sessions. 

FIGHT CLUB - A fun way to exercise, destress and learn some fundamentals about combat training and empowerment. Also a great way to learn self defense techniques. 

PILATES - Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture and enhance mental awareness and also improve posture.

PUMP - Great all body workout through resistance training. Increases tone, shape and muscular endurance. 

BAT - Bums, Abs and Thighs. A great workout focusing on sculpting these areas of the body. 

BOXFIT - A combat workout everyone can enjoy. Suited to all fitness levels and teaches basic principals of combat. 

Other than the HIIT class the above classes are currently on hold as we are restructuring our classes to better suit our members. So HAVE YOUR SAY! Pop into our branch and tell us what you want to see and if we don't have your preferred class or class time we will work towards providing you your class of choice.
