Our aim is to create a friendly and comfortable environment with positive staff members and world-class equipment. As a team, we are here to share our wealth of knowledge to encourage and support every member to reach their maximum potential and well-being.

 

We understand that to help make it easier for parents in our community to get to the gym and move their bodies , we need ed to create some child friendly times and a safe space for your little ones to hang out.....

We're so excited to reveal one of the new spaces we've been working on here at Snap Fitness New Brighton: The Children's room! (Dedicated to the champions)

This space is available for your little ones to come in and play while Mum / or Dad has a workout from 9am-1pm every Monday-Friday.

Instead of additional fees for parents to use these facilities, all we ask for is a gold coin donation so we can give back as a club ....100% of the proceeds from this space will be going to the Champion Centre - a wonderful, Christchurch East based organization that does incredible work supporting children with special needs and their families.

We hope you love this new addition to our club as much as we do.

HIIT - Hi Intensity Interval Training. A 30-60min workout anytime within the 2 hour time slot. This is a class that caters to all fitness levels as trainers will make it suit the different fitness levels of each individuals. 

YOGA - Increases Strength, Toning endurance through increase of Flexibility and Mobility. For this class we are limiting it to 10 people for a more personalized workout with your yoga instructor. Book in with your New Brighton club manager.

ZUMBA - An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily by music. Great way to burn calories and bring the fun back into exercise.

SPIN BLITZ -  Focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise spin bike. Great way to burn calories indoors in group sessions. 

BAT - Bums, Abs and Thighs. A great workout focusing on sculpting these areas of the body. 

BOXFIT - A combat workout everyone can enjoy. Suited to all fitness levels and teaches basic principals of combat. 

RECOVER SESSION - Using different methods of release this class focuses on releasing tension in the body after a hard train during the week and to help you move more freely with tightness that is built through everyday activity. Great way to loosen up through all methods of muscle release using different tools to help increase range of motion and decrease the risk of injury.

EASTSIDE RUGBY CLASS - This is a class for those who want to push themselves beyond their limitations to help develop athletic ability focusing on increasing fitness levels physically and mentally and achieving results fast.
