Keeping the body fit and healthy has a lot of benefits physically but it is also tied to our mental health.

Enlightenment comes when the mind is calm and training your body will help you achieve calmness but it will also Empower your willpower, your self confidence in yourself and on your journey and it will reconnect you back to the heart where anxiety, depression or any mental health illness doesn't exist. The mind is great for strategising but not a good place to live which is where problems can be created.

Being in a supportive, positive and empowering environment can help you achieve the calmness you need and one day your positive habits will empower you to even light up any environment even a negative environment, situation and all it costs is consistency with your positive daily habits.
