They have redone the gym over the xmas break and I went for the 1st time this year and was very impressed with what they have done. New equipment new layout new toilets and showers, much needed but they have made a huge improvement.

I have been a member for a couple of years. I joined to help this old body rehabilitate from injuries. The Team/Manager/Trainers, especially Dhilon, Mike and Ramesh have been brilliant with advice, guidance and encouragement. No question is a dumb question. The newly refurbished gym is amazing.......
