Group Exercise Description

BUMS & TUMS: This class targets on strengthening your Glutes and Core! The class is more for, controlled movements and activating the required muscle groups. Class Instructor: Madison Tims

BOXFIT: A mix of boxing movements and functional training. A partnered workout using box gloves and pads that will get the heart rate high! Class Instructor: Jess Taylor

HIIT: High intensity interval training lives up to its name with fast work and rest periods. This class is bound to get the blood pumping and leave you wanting more. Class Instructor: Jesse Thompson

ULTIMATE CONDITION: In this class the weights are heavier and the rest periods are longer. Feel encouraged to lift a little heavier in a great group environment. Class Instructor: Madison Tims

CORE CRUSHER: learn new ab workouts and bring out your 6 pack with this fast-paced core session. Suitable for all fitness levels and a great way to compliment your usual gym workouts! Class Instructor: Kory Roberts

LUCKY DIP: A classic class of you don't know what your gonna get until you get there! Turn up to find out who your trainer is and what they have in store for you.
