Group Exercise Description

BOOTY BLASTER: This class targets on strengthening your Glutes! The class is more for, controlled movements and activating the required muscle groups. Class Instructor: Jessica Blissett

BOXFIT: A mix of boxing movements and functional training. A partnered workout using box gloves and pads that will get the heart rate high! Class Instructor: Jess Taylor

HIIT: High intensity interval training lives up to its name with fast work and rest periods. This class is bound to get the blood pumping and leave you wanting more. Class Instructor: Jesse Thompson

ULTIMATE CONDITION: In this class the weights are heavier and the rest periods are longer. Feel encouraged to lift a little heavier in a great group environment. Class Instructor: Jesse Thompson

X - TRAIN: A plyometric based workout in an awesome group environment. Learn new and more advanced moves within functional training. Each WOD is different, you'll have to try them all! Class Instructor: Kory Roberts

CORE CRUSHER: learn new ab workouts and bring out your 6 pack with this fast-paced core session. Suitable for all fitness levels and a great way to compliment your usual gym workouts! Class Instructor: Kory Roberts

LUCKY DIP: A classic class of you don't know what your gonna get until you get there! Turn up to find out who your trainer is and what they have in store for you.

 

All classes are suitable for any different fitness level and ability! Sign up is mandatory as there are limited numbers. To book your spot, sign up on the sheet in club! Otherwise, give us a call to book your spot.
