CIRCUITS

This 30-minute class is fast-paced, in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. Some classes alternate an aerobic activity with a muscle-strengthening activity. Others focus exclusively on muscle toning or aerobic exercise. Instructor lead exercise modifications make this workout safe and effective for all fitness levels.

 

CORE

This 30-minute class is designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Various skills and techniques are used to target the core muscles; including floor routines, full body stretches and fast-paced exercises. Instructor lead exercise modifications make this workout safe and effective for all fitness levels.

 

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

A 30-minute total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started. Instructor lead exercise modifications make this workout safe and effective for all fitness levels.

 

SENIORFIT

A 30-minute class designed to be low-impact to prevent injury while also increasing muscle strength and energy levels. Classes range from relaxing yoga to cardio aerobics to strength training using medicine balls, handheld weights, and resistance bands.

*Tuesday class has a $10 surcharge.

 

PUMP

A 30-minute class that exercises all the major muscle groups for a more toned, fitter and healthier you. Pump classes use weight-room exercises like squats, lifts and curls to give your legs, arms and upper body a complete workout. Instructor lead exercise modifications make this workout safe and effective for all fitness levels.
