This class is a total body workout! We will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength. Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout-- meaning a full body challenge, and none of the boredom that can come with repetitive exercises. Plus, circuit training has all the metabolism and mood boosting benefits of standard resistance training-- just in a quicker format. Suitable for all.

 Pump it Up with Simone

Get pumped with a full body strength workout using a range of different exercises and free weights to work all the muscles in your body! Building muscle is a key element for keeping a strong and healthy body. With a focus on form and technique, this class will have you feeling powerful and fit in no time! All levels welcome.

 AMRAP with Anni

Join Anni and test your endurance. See how many rounds you can smash out strengthening your whole body and pushing your aerobic fitness to the max! Suitable for all fitness levels.

G-force

Boosting your strength and “puff” using a set of exercises in a circuit style arrangement consisting of high intensity cardio and functional movements. Come and give it a crack, like a frittata, a bit of everything and good for everyone.

Hardcore with Karl

Group Core strengthens everything from your shoulders to your hips to make you stronger, quicker, and faster in all you do. In addition, strengthening your core can reduce back pain and give you great looking abs! It’s quick, challenging, and like nothing else. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Anni’s Core Conditioning Class

This class has a strong focus on properly activating and strengthening those deep core muscles. Great for helping to repair diastasis recti (tummy split), easing lower back pain and making your core sessions more effective. Suitable for all fitness levels.
