We have two private Sauna rooms.
Our infrared saunas are available ,as part of your Bishopdale Snap membership, during staffed hours and are easily booked via the Snap app.
We have a luxurious studio with 6 Reformer Pilates beds.
We offer On demand Pilates and Instructor guided classes.
