Simple Apple Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup Rolled Oats
  • 1½ tbsp Crushed Walnuts
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup 

METHOD

Step 1

Thinly slice the apple, then place it in a bowl with a dash of water.

Step 2

Spread the oats evenly over top.

Step 3

Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and drizzle with maple syrup.

Step 4

Place the bowl in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until the apple is softened.

Step 5

Allow to cool before digging in!
