Pan Fried Sweet Bananas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large Banana
  • 3 tsp Crushed Walnuts
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 10 whole Strawberries

METHOD

Step 1

Place a non-stick pan over a medium heat, and allow to heat up for a few minutes.

Step 2

Slice the banana in half, then slice through the middle of each half.

Step 3

Place the 4 pieces of banana flat side down in the pan, and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes so that it starts to caramelise.

Step 4

Flip the bananas, then drizzle with maple syrup to add some more sweetness, and continue to cook to your liking.

Step 5

Remove from the pan and place on a small plate.

Step 6

Slice the strawberries, the sprinkle the banana with strawberry pieces and crushed walnuts, then dig in!
