Mixed Fruit Sorbet

INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp Buckinis
- 3 tsp Crushed Macadamias
- ½ cup Berries (Raspberries, Strawberries or Blueberries)
- 1 medium Plum
- ½ regular Kiwi Fruit
METHOD
Step 1
Peel and dice the kiwi fruit, and deseed and dice the plum.
Step 2
Place all the fruit into a small container and pop it in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Once the fruit is completely frozen, place it in a food processor and process until smooth.
Step 4
Place in a small bowl, then top with buckinis and crushed macadamias, and dig in!
