Maple Yoghurt Parfait with a Crunch

Maple Yoghurt Parfait with a Crunch feature image

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 1/2 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Buckwheat
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries
  • 1/4 tsp Maple Syrup

METHOD:

  1. Add the maple syrup to the yoghurt and stir until well combined
  2. Layer a tablespoon of yoghurt and a tablespoon of berries one after the other into a small glass cup
  3. Top the parfait with roast buckwheat and dig in!
