Maple Yoghurt Parfait with a Crunch

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 1/2 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Roasted Buckwheat
- 1 cup Mixed Berries
- 1/4 tsp Maple Syrup
METHOD:
- Add the maple syrup to the yoghurt and stir until well combined
- Layer a tablespoon of yoghurt and a tablespoon of berries one after the other into a small glass cup
- Top the parfait with roast buckwheat and dig in!
