Fermented Foods Nourish Bowl

INGREDIENTS
- 90 g Firm Tofu
- 1¼ cup Canned Brown Lentils
- 4½ tsp Tahini
- ½ cup Sauerkraut
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Broccolini
METHOD
Step 1
Chop the tofu into cubes.
Step 2
Spray some olive oil in a frypan and place over medium heat.
Step 3
Add tofu and broccolini to the pan and saute until the tofu starts to brown, around 5 minutes.
Step 4
Place the tofu, sauerkraut, spinach and broccolini around central pile of lentils.
Step 5
Melt the tahini in a small saucepan over low heat and then pour over the top of your nourish bowl. Enjoy!
