CRANBERRY & COCONUT ENERGY BALLS

INGREDIENTS
2 cups dried cranberries 1 cup shredded
coconut 2 tbs coconut flour
1 tbs
coconut cream
1 tbs vanilla paste/essence
METHOD
Place all ingredients into food processor and blitz until you have a coarse and sticky mixture.
Divide mixture into 9 and roll into balls. Keep in an air tight container in the fridge.
