Coconut Yoghurt Brekki

Delicious way to start the day!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 15g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 large Bananas
  • 4 tbsp Quinoa Flakes
  • 3 1/2 tsp Natural Cashew Butter
  • 1 cup Blueberries

METHOD:

  1.  Take the yoghurt and stir through the protein powder and cashew butter
  2. Slice the banana, then place the slices on top
  3. Sprinkle with blueberries and quinoa flakes, then dig in!
