Chips and Sweet Cashew Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 1¼ cup Plain Corn Chips
- 1 tbsp Raw Cashews
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 small Green Apple
METHOD
Step 1
Add the cashews, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a food processor, and process until smooth and creamy. Add water as you need to achieve your desired consistency. Place in a small dipping bowl.
Step 2
Slice the apple into thin wedges, then place on a plate with the corn chips.
Step 3
Serve all together, dipping the corn chips and apple into the cashew dip to enjoy!
