Vanilla and Orange Zesty Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1⅓ cup Uncooked Rolled Oats
  • 1½ tbsp Raw Walnuts
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Orange Zest
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

METHOD

Step 1

Add the oats to a saucepan, cover with water, then place over a medium heat.

Step 2

Stir and cook oats for 2-3 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.

Step 3

Take off the heat and transfer oats to a bowl.

Step 4

Stir in the vanilla whey protein powder.

Step 5

Add orange zest and vanilla extract and mix well.

Step 6

Top with fresh berries and walnuts, then dig in!
