Tropical Sunrise Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup skim or unsweetened nut milk
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
Add ingredients to blender and mix on high until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!
