Partnering with Royal Flying Doctor Service for Fit to Fly Challenge - Snap Fitness 24/7 Gym

Snap Fitness is proud to support the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) as a Gift Match Partner for Fit to Fly 2026, a fitness-focused fundraising challenge taking place this March. The campaign encourages participants to walk 3km each day throughout the month, raising funds to deliver life-saving aeromedical and mental health services to rural and remote Queensland communities.

As a Gift Match Partner, Snap Fitness will help double the impact of donations made during the fundraising and fitness challenge with up to $5,000 in donations matched dollar-for-dollar. This support ensures that every contribution goes further, helping the RFDS reach its goal of 2,600 participants and $320,000 in fundraising.

“Supporting the RFDS aligns perfectly with Snap Fitness’ commitment to health, fitness and community wellbeing,” said Snap Fitness, CEO Chris Caldwell. “We’re excited to help inspire Queenslanders to get active while contributing to a cause that makes a real difference to people living in rural and remote areas.”

The Fit to Fly campaign highlights the critical need for accessible mental health services outside major cities. Each year, RFDS Queensland delivers more than 12,100 mental health consultations, reaching communities from Cape York to the Northern Territory border. Farmers, young men, the elderly, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are among those most at risk, making these services a vital lifeline.

Snap Fitness encourages all Queenslanders to take up the challenge, get moving, and make a meaningful difference: walk 3km a day, raise funds, and help keep vital mental health services flying. For more information or to sign up, visit RFDS Fit to Fly 2026 website.
