Fruity Quinoa Bowl

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Quinoa Flakes
- 1½ tbsp Crushed Macadamias
- ½ cup Mixed Berries
- 1 medium Plum
- ½ medium Mandarin
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 5 tbsp Coconut Kefi
METHOD
Step 1
Slice the plum and divide the mandarin into small pieces, then add to a bowl along with the mixed berries.
Step 2
Top with coconut kefir, a sprinkle of macadamias, quinoa flakes and a drizzle of maple syrup, then dig in!
