How can I update my billing information?

All billing changes and updates have to be done directly by your Snap Fitness home club. Find your local club and use the contact information on its webpage to get in touch with them. They will be happy to help!

How do I freeze my membership?

We know life can get busy. That's why we allow members to freeze their accounts for up to 3 months a year, which may incur a charge of up to £3 for each month, depending on your club. Contact your local club and a team member will be able to explain the process and assist you.

How do I cancel my membership?

You need to cancel your membership directly with your home club. This can be done by emailing the club email address. As outlined in your Membership Terms and Conditions, all members on a monthly rolling membership need to give us 30 days notice in writing. There will be one final payment at the start of the next month, and you can continue to use the club until the end of that month. As an example, if you cancel your membership on the 8th of October, you will be billed in full on 1st of November and your membership will end on 30th November.

If you are on a fixed term contract (e.g. 12 months), the 30 days notice is only applicable once the initial term has been completed. If you would like to exit your agreement early, you will need to pay the fee outlined in your Membership Terms and Conditions.

How do I get a new access card?

We’ve got you covered! Your club can issue you a new card—usually for a small fee. Please visit your club during staffed hours to get a new 24/7 global access card.

Why was my membership transferred to another club without notifying me?

One of the benefits of being a Snap Fitness member is that you can use any Snap Fitness locations gym globally. Your home club handles your membership billing and benefits, so your membership is automatically transferred to the club you are using the most often—even if it's not the club where you signed up.

How can I transfer my membership to another club?

You can request a transfer on the Snap App. You will need to create a member profile first, if you haven't already done so.

How can I update my card on file?

Your club is happy to help! To change your account information, please contact your local club during staffed hours.

As a member, can I bring a friend or pay a small fee to bring a friend occasionally?

BFFs (or Best Fitness Friends as we call them!) are welcome to join you at many of our locations, but please ask a team member at your local gym about their specific policy. Additionally, for safety and insurance purposes, your guest must speak with club staff to obtain a guest pass and sign a waiver. Guests are not allowed to use a member’s access card, and members will be charged for unauthorised visitors.

How do I sign up for a membership?

You can buy a membership online or you can visit a club during its staffed hours to sign up. All our clubs and their staffed hours can be found here.

What are your membership prices?

All of our Snap Fitness gyms are independently owned and pricing varies by location. To view membership options and pricing, find the club nearest you by clicking here.

Do you provide blue light discounts or discounts for students and seniors.

Yes, some of our clubs offer discounted memberships! Contact the club you are interested in joining for more information. Follow this link to find your nearest Snap Fitness club.

How old do I need to be to join?

Age restrictions vary from club to club but as a general rule of thumb, you will need to be 18 years old to fully join a Snap Fitness club. Some clubs may allow 16 and 17 year olds to have a membership, but can only workout during staffed hours. Please check with your local club on their age restrictions.

Why does the website list different prices than what the club is telling me?

Clubs can offer different promotions that are "online only" or "in-club only." Please contact your local club to find out which offer is best for you.

Do you do guest passes?

How many clubs do I get access to?

When you buy a membership at Snap Fitness, you get access to all clubs worldwide! That's 85+ in the UK and 1000 worldwide. Simply tap your access card on the door reader outside of the club and start your workout.

How do collect my access card?

Please visit your club during its staffed hours and a member of the team will assign you a 24/7 global access card. If the club is brand new, you will receive an email to say when the club is ready for you to collect your access card.

What is the Money Back Guarantee?

At Snap Fitness, we know that the most important thing about joining a gym is the way fitness makes you feel. We’re so sure that you’ll love our gyms, that if you sign up for a full membership and don’t feel a positive difference in your physical and mental wellbeing within 30 days, the club will refund your membership dues and access card fee. To receive a refund, you need work out at the club at least twice a week for four weeks (8 visits) and attend a fitness evaluation with a member of the Club team. The refund does not apply to programme fees, personal training, vending or merchandise purchases. Do I need a full membership to qualify for the Money Back Guarantee?

Yes! The Money Back Guarantee applies to members who have signed up for a monthly membership. To receive a refund, you must work out at the club at least twice a week for four weeks and attend a fitness evaluation with Club staff. What is Personal Training?

A personal trainer will create and deliver safe and effective exercise programs for you regardless of where you are on your fitness journey, from active and healthy individuals, to those with pre-existing medical conditions cleared for exercise. A Personal Trainer is there to motivate you, set goals and provide education & accountability.

How much does Personal Training cost?

Prices will vary dependant on location of the club and the experience of the trainer. It is best to enquire directly with your club to learn more. 

How do I start Personal Training?

What is the Snap App?

The Snap App is a free fitness app for members and is designed to enhance your overall fitness and wellness journey by providing a customised journey based on your goals.

What are the benefits of heart rate training?

Heart rate technology is a great way to track every success and move your mood! Myzone heart rate technology allows you to move towards your goals while you work and to review your progress in the Myzone app. You’ll also have a chance to participate in Myzone challenges with your club for a chance to win prizes!

Do I need to wear my Myzone every time I work out?

You only have to wear your Myzone technology when you want to. If you are aiming to capture and celebrate all your movements, we recommend wearing your tech any time you are getting active.

What does a Myzone Heart Rate Monitor cost?

Do you offer Corporate Memberships?

Yes, some Snap Fitness clubs offer corporate memberships to local businesses. Our corporate rates are at no cost to your business, we simply offer a reduced rate when five or more of your team join the club*. Speak to your local Club Manager for their corporate rates.
