Amazing gym,only went a couple of times with Ruth who introduced me. Really good facilities,big,spacious and top spec equipment! Only spoken to some of the staff briefly but all seem very nice and helpful😊

I really like the Zumba class by Ms Ruth . She is fantastic. The class makes me super fresh and happy.

Fantastic gym! Clean with new equipment. Perfect amount of space without it feeling overwhelmingly big. Great range of classes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Feel really safe when entering the gym from the car park. Would recommend!

The gym is very well equipped and has a great atmosphere. This gym is so amazing and the instructor Charlotte is super lovely. I love everything from the equipment to the noise to the passion to the energy. There’s no feeling like this :)
