Snap Fitness New Club Opening Prize Draw

Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is conducting a draw for the chance to win the Prize referred to herein (referred to as the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of participation.

1.      Promoter

1.1.     The promoter is Snap Fitness T/A Snap Fitness Bridgwater, located at Part of The Redgate Centre, Westonzoyland Road, Bridgwater TA6 5BJ (“the Promoter”).

1.2.   Each entrant is referred to herein as a “Participant” or “you”.

2.    Eligibility

2.1.   The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter, Lift Brands UK Limited, associated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

2.3. By entering, participants confirm they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any Prize you may win.

2.4. The Promoter may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or the Prize being forfeited. The Promoter’s decision as to whether an entrant is eligible for the Prize Draw is final and the Promoter is not obliged to provide any reasons for disqualification.

3.   Promotional Period

3.1.   The Prize Draw closes on 25th September 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3.2. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be included.

4.   How to Enter

4.1.   There are two ways to enter the Prize Draw:

4.2. Membership entry:

4.2.1.    a Participant who purchase a new membership with the Promoter at Snap Fitness Bridgwater during the Promotional Period will automatically receive one entry into the Prize Draw.

4.2.2.  Memberships cancelled during any applicable cooling-off period or before the winner is drawn will automatically become ineligible and will be excluded from the Prize Draw. If a winner’s membership is found to have been cancelled prior to the Prize Draw, an alternative winner will be selected in accordance with clause 7 below.

4.3. Free Entry:

4.3.1. To enter without purchasing a membership, email bridgwater@snapfitness.co.uk with your full name, address and telephone number before the closing date of the Promotional Period.

4.4. Each eligible individual may only submit one entry, whether by membership purchase or free entry.

4.5. Both entry routes carry an equal chance of winning.

5.   Prize

5.1.   One winner will receive:

·      Three (3) months’ complimentary Snap Fitness membership at Snap Fitness Bridgwater.

·      A Personal Training package.

(together “the Prize”)

5.2. The total Prize value is approximately £[value].

5.3. The Prize:

5.3.1.    is non-transferable;

5.3.2.  cannot be exchanged for cash; and

5.3.3.  cannot be substituted except where necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be provided where reasonably possible.

6.   Winner Selection

6.1.   There shall be one winner (“the Winner”)

6.2. The Prize is awarded in accordance with the laws of chance. The Winner of the Prize Draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

6.3. The Winner will be selected within 7 days of the end of the Promotional Period.

6.4. The draw will be conducted fairly using a random selection process.

7.    Winner Notification

7.1.   The Winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when joining (or when entering via the alternative entry route) within 7 days of the draw.

7.2.  If the selected Winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select an alternative Winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that Winner will also have 14 days to respond to their notification).

8.   Publicity

8.1.   The Promoter may publish the Winner’s first name and hometown on its website and social media channels in connection with the Prize Draw.

8.2. If the Winner objects to this, they should notify the Promoter when accepting the Prize.

8.3. The Promoter may still need to provide Winner’s information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another regulatory body if requested.

9.   Data Protection

9.1.   Personal information supplied for this Prize Draw will be used solely for administering the Prize Draw and, where applicable, managing the membership.

9.2. Data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.snapfitness.com/uk/privacy-policy.

10. Liability

10.1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost or corrupted due to technical or administrative reasons beyond its reasonable control.

10.2.   While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to Participants or Winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the Participant at the time of entry to the Promotional Period or which are caused by a third party.

11.   Cancellation or Amendment

11.1.   The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11.2. Any material changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

12. General

12.1. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the Prize Draw is final. This does not affect your statutory rights.

12.2.    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
