Frequently Asked Questions

How can I update my billing information?

All billing changes and updates have to be done directly by Snap Fitness Belvedere (Home Club).  Contact us by popping into the club during our staffed hours or sending us an email. We will be happy to help!

How do I freeze my membership?

We know life can get busy. That's why we allow members to freeze their accounts for up to 3 months at a time for free. If you wish to freeze your membership further, you would incur a month's membership fee before you can re-freeze your membership. Contact the club and a team member will be able to explain the process and assist you.

How do I cancel my membership?

This can be done by emailing the club email address Belvedere@snapfitness.co.uk. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Your membership notice will start from the moment the email is received. As outlined in your Membership Terms and Conditions, all members on a monthly rolling membership need to give us 30 days’ notice in writing. There will be one final payment at the start of the next month, and you can continue to use the club until the end of that month. As an example, if you cancel your membership on the 5th of October, you will be billed in full on 1st of November and your membership will end on 30th November.

If you are on a fixed term contract (e.g. 12 months), the 30 days’ notice is only applicable once the initial term has been completed. If you would like to exit your agreement early, you will need to pay the fee outlined in your Membership Terms and Conditions £75.

How do I get a new access card?

We’ve got you covered! We can issue you a new card for £15 at the reception desk. Please visit your club during staffed hours to get a new 24/7 global access card.

Why was my membership transferred to another club without notifying me?

One of the benefits of being a Snap Fitness member is that you can use any Snap Fitness locations gym globally. Your home club handles your membership billing and benefits, so your membership is automatically transferred to the club you are using the most often—even if it's not the club where you signed up.

How can I transfer my membership to another club?

You can request a transfer on the Snap App. You will need to create a member profile first, if you haven't already done so.

How can I update my card on file?

We are happy to help! To change your account information, please contact us during staffed hours, Or updating your details on the Snap app

As a member, can I bring a friend or pay a small fee to bring a friend occasionally?

BFFs (or Best Fitness Friends as we call them!) are welcome to join you at Belvedere once a month, for free! However, please ask a team member at Belvedere about getting your friend a guest pass as this can only be used during our staffed hours. Additionally, for safety and insurance purposes, your guest must speak with club staff to obtain a guest pass and sign a waiver. Guests are not allowed to use a member’s access card, and members will be charged for unauthorised visitors.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Life happens, and we can all forget, but please contact us a soon as possible to get this resolved, and you can get back to training.

If your account goes unpaid for longer than 2 months, please be aware as per your signed Membership Terms and Conditions This could be passed onto a 3rd party debt collection agency.

Yes, we do have an on-site car park directly outside our club! This is across two sections. You are able to park up to 4 hours maximum. Please ensure you are in a bay which is also stated on the designated signs within the carpark. Otherwise, you may receive a fine by the private parking company!

There is also parking within the park, such as LIDL which offers a 90 minutes free parking area.

Personal Trainers are Self Employed at our clubs and therefore you will need to contact them directly to book in personal training. For assistance please speak to a member of the team. Alternatively, our Personal Trainer's have business cards you are welcome to take, which can be found next to our reception desk :)

You can book classes via the Snap Fitness App. If you require assistance please call your home club.

Please be aware that your membership account is strictly for your use only. Allowing other's to use your access card is strictly prohibited. If it is found that your access card has been given to somebody else to use or you have allowed a non-authorised guest into our premises, you will incur a £50 fine directly onto your membership account.

We ask that, all plate-loaded weights are put away back onto racks after usage. We aren't always strong enough to tidy up after you! Again, you may incur a £20 if found not putting weights away.
