To book in to any of our amazing classes you need to book in via MyWellness App, a free app that you can download via Apple App Store or Android.
The first step is registering. Once registered you will have full access to view the class timetable by day and book in up to 7 days in advance.

About the Classes we offer:
Ballet Fitness - Ballet inspired fitness class influenced by classic choreography, posture & flexibility. Suitable for beginners right through to dance enthusiasts.
Battle Fit - A team-based functional training programme developed by former British Army officers, based around high-intensity 35-minute workouts, it pushes participants past their comfort zone to their best ever fitness levels.
Insanity / HIIT - High intensity interval training using mainly body weight exercises. High calorie burn & fast results but not for the faint hearted!
Yoga - Calming, de stressing & clearing the mind; Just some of the benefits of this quieter and more passive session.
PLYOGA - PLYOGA® is highly challenging, but also equally modifiable using only your body. A kicked up, hybrid, yoga inspired workout that emphasizes recovery, balance, and flexibility through power yoga postures.
Legs, Bums & Tums - Body weight, low impact toning class for all those troublesome areas.
Circuits – Employing movements & exercises used in sport and everyday tasks, learn how to use the weird & wonderful equipment in the functional area and around the rig to take your fitness to the next level.
Core - A quick blast targeting abdominals, obliques and lower back.
Kettlebells – Learn to master the kettlebell; build strength, develop core stability and improve flexibility with this versatile piece of equipment in a high-energy session.
Box Fit – Using a combination of pad work and conditioning drills, this class will not only challenge fitness levels, but co-ordination and concentration. Great for a stress reliever!
Flexibility Workshop – A 30-minute workshop using developmental stretches, along with techniques from Yoga and Pilates to increase flexibility, core strength and posture.
Strength Workshop – These sessions will allow you to learn a variety of weight training techniques as well as how to programme this into your current training regime.
Women's Strength Workshop - A social session led by a female instructor, these sessions will allow you to learn the benefits of resistance training as well as how to programme this into your current training regime.
FOD - Fitness on demand; a virtual alternative to group exercise with sessions pulled from all corners of the fitness world.
