What to Expect from a Personal Training Session?
Members can now book 1:1 personal training sessions directly in the Snap App.*
Once you’ve scheduled a consultation, you’ll meet with a personal trainer to discuss your goals, past challenges with exercise and overall fitness, and training preferences.
From there, your trainer will design a customised workout plan tailored to you. All of your workouts will be uniquely crafted to fulfil the needs of your experience level and fitness goals, with variations and new exercises along the way.
Your improvement will be carefully tracked with various benchmarks, such as your weight, measurements, body fat percentage, strength, and speed increase.

Types of Personal Training Programs
1:1 Personal Training*
Certified personal trainers work with you to develop a customised workout plan that fits your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. They will be there to offer direct support, helping you to stay motivated and on track throughout every session.
Small Group Training*
If 1:1 training isn’t for you, some trainers also offer small group training sessions. You will receive expert instruction, accountability, and encouragement, all while enjoying the energy of working out alongside others. For more information, ask the Snap Fitness team at your gym.
