Snap Fitness: S7 Signature Programming  

S7 signature programming by Snap Fitness is a set of classes designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve your goals through functional training. With every S7 class, you will leave feeling confident, energised, and ready to tackle the day.  

S7 Movement Breakdown 

S7 classes are built around the seven primal movements—Push, Pull, Squat, Lunge, Rotate, Hinge, and Gait—mirroring the natural ways your body moves every day. 

  • Push: Pressing away from the body (e.g., push-ups, bench press) 

  • Pull: Drawing weight toward the body (e.g., rows, pull-ups) 

  • Squat: Lowering and lifting the body using the legs (e.g., bodyweight squats) 

  • Lunge: Stepping forward or backward to engage legs and balance. 

  • Rotate: Twisting the torso for core strength and mobility 

  • Hinge: Bending at the hips (e.g., deadlifts) for posterior chain activation 

  • Gait: Walking, running, or any locomotion pattern for overall movement efficiency 

S7 Class Formats 

  • S7 Strong: Build strength and endurance with high-rep, moderate-weight exercises 

  • S7 Speed: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) with explosive movements and quick recovery periods 

  • S7 Strike: Boxing-inspired cardio for strength and agility  

  • S7 Sweat: Burn calories with metabolic conditioning and cardio bursts 

  • S7 Stretch: Boost flexibility with a low-impact workout that combines strength and cardio   

S7 signature programming is a group training experience designed to provide a total body workout for every muscle group. This program is available at select Snap Fitness gym locations. 

Snap Fitness: On-Demand Workouts 
If you aren’t able to make it to a scheduled class, you also have access to a library of over 1,200 live and on-demand workouts in the studio and on-the-go. To take a virtual class, you can:  

  • Head to the studio for pre-scheduled classes 

  • Start a class from the wall kiosk 

  • Cast a class from the complimentary Snap Fitness member app (the Snap App) to the studio TV 

  • Start a class from the Snap App wherever you go 

Whether you access On Demand in the studio or from home, you never have to miss out on the energy, fun, and connection of community again.

How to Book Into a Group Fitness Class at Snap Fitness? 

It’s super simple to view your gym’s class schedule, book into a class, and become part of a fitness class community.  

  • Within the Snap App, head to the Bookings tab  

  • Tap into Group Fitness Classes to view upcoming classes  

  • You’re defaulted to viewing the classes at your home gym, but you can often book into classes at other nearby gyms as well—just change your location at the top of the page  

  • Scroll to see available classes each day, and click on each one to see additional details   

  • When you’ve found a class that you’d like to join, tap Book Class
