Greek Meatball Ingredients
450 grams of ground turkey
½ chopped red onion
85 grams feta
85 grams breadcrumbs
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 egg
1 TBSP of chopped fresh parsley
1 TBSP of chopped fresh mint
1 tsp of Greek seasoning
Olive oil
Tzatziki sauce
Greek Meatball Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C
Chop your onion, parsley, and mint
Zest lemon and slice lemon in half
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined
Roll turkey mixture into 1-inch balls and place on an oiled baking sheet
Bake for 18 minutes or until meatball is cooked through
Serve with tzatziki sauce

1 tsp of oregano

Wash and chop your potatoes
Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings, coat evenly
Spread potatoes on oiled baking sheet
Roast potatoes in a 220°C oven for 25 minutes or until crispy
