24/7 access – with convenient 24/7 access, you can exercise on your own schedule while still enjoying the comfort of staffed hours when you need assistance. 

Gym equipment – designed to keep you strong, steady, and motivated in your fitness journey. 

  • Treadmills, ellipticals, and other cardio equipment – safe walking or light jogging with extra stability. 

  • Pin-loaded weight machines – controlled strength training to build muscle safely. 

  • Resistance bands – a flexible, gentle option for improving strength and mobility. 

  • Stability ball or balance tools – enhance core strength, balance, and coordination.

  • Functional training zones – open spaces for dynamic movement and physical therapy exercises 

Recovery tools – take advantage of the Recovery Zone, a dedicated space on the gym floor complete with stretching areas, yoga mats, massage guns, and foam rollers to stretch and mobilise your muscles and joints.  

Personal training* – schedule 1:1 sessions with a certified personal trainer or participate in a small group session to receive guidance and ensure your workouts are safe and effective.  

Group fitness classes* – join a group fitness class to stay active in a supportive environment led by expert instructors. 

Nutrition consultants* - create a balanced eating plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and health needs. 

Snap App – our complimentary member app helps you track your workouts and fitness progress, book classes, access on-demand workouts, receive personalised meal plans, participate in mental health programs, and get discounts on some of your favourite brands.
