How do I sign up for a membership?
All of our Snap Fitness gyms are independently owned and have their own membership pricing options. To view membership options and pricing, find a club near you!
What are the costs of your memberships?
Membership dues vary by location since each club is individually owned and operated. Find the club nearest you by clicking here. From there, you can view pricing for the type of membership you are inquiring about.
How can I update my billing information?
All billing changes and updates have to be done directly by your Snap Fitness club. Find your local club and use the contact information on its webpage to get in touch with them. They will be happy to help!
How do I put my membership on hold?
Life gets busy. That's why we allow members to freeze their accounts. Contact your local club and a team member will be able to explain the process and assist you.
How can I transfer my membership to another club?
You can create a member profile and request a transfer on the Snap App.
Why was my membership transferred to another club without notifying me?
One of the benefits of being a Snap Fitness member is that you can use any one of our Snap Fitness locations. Your home club handles your membership benefits and billing, so your membership is automatically transferred to the club you are attending most often—even if it is not the club where you signed up.
How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to see you go! Because cancellation rules may vary from state to state, specific information on cancellation can be found in your Membership Agreement. Don’t have it handy? You can contact your club directly to cancel your membership. Feel free to call, email, or walk in during staffed hours and your club team will assist you in the cancellation process

The Snap App is a free fitness app for members and is designed to enhance your overall fitness and wellness journey by providing a customized journey based on your goals.

How do I get a new access card?
We’ve got you covered! Your club can issue you a new card—usually for a small fee. Please contact your club during staffed hours to set up a time to get a new card.
As a member, can I bring a friend or pay a small fee to bring a friend occasionally?
BFFs (or Best Fitness Friends as we call them!) are welcome to join you at many of our locations, but please ask a team member at your gym about their specific policy. Additionally, for safety and insurance purposes, your guest must speak with club staff to obtain a guest pass and sign a waiver. Guests are not allowed to use a member’s access card, and members will be charged for unauthorized visitors.
Why does the website list different prices than what the club is telling me?
Clubs can offer different promotions that are "online only" or "in-store only." Please contact your local club to find out which offer is best for you.
How do I update my billing information?
