Your first personal training session will be an initial consultation where one of our experienced personal trainers will find out:

  • Any Limitations you may have, such as a previous of current injury

Once the initial consultation has been completed, the personal trainer will create your very own fitness plan designed to keep you engaged and motivated throughout.
