The Certified Entities have certified that they adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such data. If there is any conflict between the policies in this Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Privacy Shield Responsibility
The Certified Entities are committed to subject all personal data received from the EU in reliance on the Privacy Shield to the Privacy Shield Principles. In the context of an onward transfer, a Privacy Shield organization has responsibility for the processing of personal information it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Types of Information We Collect
Information You Manually Provide. Lift Brands collects the information you manually provide (using your keyboard, mouse, or touchpad) when you use this Site.
