Welcome to Snap Fitness in Oxford.  Not only are we open 24 hours and have NO contracts, but we have fitness classes such as boot camps, zumba, yoga, CAGE fitness, body pump and pilates at NO extra cost to our members.  Please call 662-259-2256 to learn more about our facility.  We look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals.

 GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE:

Yoga: Monday/Wednesday 8:00 a.m. (Daniella)

Zumba: Monday/Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. (Liz)

Pound: Monday 4:45 p.m. (Caysie)

CAGE Fitness: Wednesday 5:00 p.m. (Robyn)

Yoga: Tuesday(Jordan)/Thursday(Daniella) 4:30 p.m.

Pilates: Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 pm (Liz)

Total Body Burn: Tuesday/Thursday 6:15 pm (Liz)

Group Fitness Schedule (East location):
