Free Exercise Class every Wednesday at 5:30pm-6:25pm

Come BREAK A SWEAT and learn how to move better with LESS PAIN from Coach Alex. This Class is intended for people of ALL fitness levels. Everything can be scaled down or progressed. Give it a TRY!

Class Structure:

  • Warm Up: 5-10 minutes,
  • Mobility/Skill practice: 10 minutes
  • Circuit Training:  20 minutes
  • Recovery Techniques: 10 Minutes

Types of Movement: Most of what we do will be body weight exercises. Some use with Dumbbells, Swiss balls and TRX straps. Please call or a send us an email if you have any questions or concerns.
