Zesty Celery Juice

Start adding some green to your morning! Our Citrus Celery Juice is loaded with nutrients to leave you energized and ready to take on the day.

Serves 1

<h2> Ingredients:

  • 4 celery stalks, washed with ends trimmed
  • 1⁄2 small-medium cucumber
  • 1⁄2 - 1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1⁄4” piece of ginger root, peeled
  • 1⁄4 cup cold water + more if needed to blend
  • Optional: add 1⁄2 granny smith apple

 

<h2> Juicing Directions:

- Juice all of the ingredients, except the water, in a juicing machine. Only add water if needed to dilute.

- Drink immediately

<h2> Blender Directions:

- Add all of the ingredients, including the water, to a high power blender and blend until smooth.

- Strain through a nut milk bag, layered cheese cloth, or a fine mesh strainer.

- Drink immediately

<h2> Notes:

- Add additional water to your juice if the flavor is too strong. You can also add half a granny smith apple if you aren’t a fan of a strong celery flavor.
