Watermelon Feta Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS

3-4 cups mixed greens
2 cups watermelon, cut into triangles
½ cup crumbled feta

1 avocado, sliced

¼ cup fresh basil

Dressing of choice (we recommend balsamic)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Divide ingredients between two plates and top with your favorite dressing. Serve immediately.
