Shape and Sculpt: Lower Body Workout

Tone your legs and glutes with this great lower body workout!

<h2> The Workout:

Get warmed up with 15-20 minutes of cardio. Do 10 reps of each move and finish with a one minute wall sit. Repeat the circuit three times. 

  • Burpees
  • Donkey Kicks
  • Jump Squats
  • Dumbbell Lunges 
  • Plank Jacks
  • Sumo Squats
  • Wall Sits - 1 Minute
