Ingredients:

 

6 ice cubes

1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree

1/3 cup 2 percent milk

1 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk

2 Splenda packets

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender

 

Blend until your desired consistency.

 

Add cinnamon or nutmeg for added flavor.

 

Pour in a tumbler and enjoy!
