Lucky Mint Protein ShakeLauren
Training kicks in when your luck runs out! Give our refreshing Mint Protein Shake a try after your next workout!
Makes 1 large protein drink
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mango
- 1⁄4 cup refrigerated coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 cup spinach, packed
- 1⁄4 cup fresh mint
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Place all of the ingredients in a high powder blender and blend until smooth.
You can use plain greek yogurt instead of vanilla, and/or unsweetened protein powder instead of vanilla: Just use only 1-2 Tbsp of mint leaves to start and add more if needed. Optional to add additional sweetener of choice if desired.
