Here’s a breakdown of Landon’s routine:
Standing Lunge – 3 sets of 10 each side
Pull-ups – 2 sets of 8
Hip Cable Pull – 2 sets of 10 each side
Push-ups – 3 sets of 12
Tricep Dips – 3 sets of 12
Medicine Ball – 25 front and 12 each side
Don’t forget to stretch before and after your workout!
