Eggnog Protein Shake

Did you know December 24th is National Eggnog Day? To celebrate, try this healthy and delicious eggnog protein shake. 

 

Ingredients:

 

2-3 ice cubes
1/2 cup lowfat eggnog
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Pinch of ground cinnamon

 

Directions: 

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy immediately!
