Detox baths help to remove the buildup of toxins in the body. These baths can also help restore and rejuvenate your body. Because they are easy to do and cost effective, detox baths can be a beneficial at-home habit. Most detox baths are recommended two to three times per week – not daily.

 

To use, simply dump a scoop of your detox mixture in your bath as the water is running.
