Classic Mocha-Protein Frappe
This quick blender-made coffee drink is a cool and refreshing option for after a rigorous workout! Best for morning consumption (thanks to the coffee!), this protein frappe is bound to excite your taste buds and trick them into thinking you’re having a “treat yo self” moment.

1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled) or 1 packet of instant coffee
1 ¼ cup low-fat milk or almond milk
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop of your favorite vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1 cup ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
