Banana Protein Soft Serve
Start your day off right.
A perfect mixture of sweet and protein, this smoothie is about to rock your world. Or at least provide a satisfying drink that’s great for before or after any workout! Either/or.
Try one out for yourself and see if you’ve found your next favorite treat.
- 4 tbsp. vanilla or natural yogurt
- 2 medium bananas, sliced, frozen
- 1 scoop (25g) vanilla whey or pea protein
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Berries, to serve
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and start blending until its a smooth and creamy texture.
And that’s it! When you’re ready to enjoy, divide the smoothie between two bowls (or keep it all to yourself!). Top it all off with some berries and enjoy.
