Ingredients:

 

1 banana (peeled and frozen for best texture when blended)

1 ¼ cup low-fat milk or almond milk

½ cup rolled oats

2 tbsp chopped walnuts

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup ice cubes

 

Directions:

 

Soak rolled oats with milk for 10 minutes.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Top with additional chopped walnuts if desired.
