30 sit-ups

20 swimmer kicks

30  toe touches

20 leg raises

 

15 side plank hip lifts (R)

30 reverse crunches

15 side plank hip lifts (L)

40 Russian twists 

 

30 bicycle crunches

15 oblique crunches (R)

20 leg lifts

15 oblique crunches (L)

10 sit-ups
